U gaat afscheid nemen van het leven en van elkaar. Er komt emotioneel veel op u af en tegelijkertijd moeten er in korte tijd praktische, maar ook moeilijke beslissingen worden genomen.<\/p>\n<p>Issoria wil u hierbij graag ondersteunen. Binnen Issoria Hospice &amp; Thuis hebben wij de kennis en kunde in huis om u en uw naasten de best mogelijk zorg en ondersteuning te bieden. We doen dit in uw thuissituatie (Issoria Thuis) of in het hospice (Issoria Hospice), zodat u deze laatste periode kunt verblijven op de plek van uw voorkeur.<\/p>\n<p>Aanmelden<\/p>\n<p>Een telefoontje naar Issoria is genoeg. Een co\u00f6rdinator van Issoria bespreekt met u de wensen en mogelijkheden. In dit overleg bepalen wij samen welke hulp het beste aansluit.
