Dit wordt ook wel de psychoactieve werking genoemd.<\/p>\n<p>Welke effecten een bepaalde drug precies zal hebben, hangt van verschillende elementen af.<br \/>\nIn het algemeen zijn er drie factoren van invloed op het effect van een bepaalde drug:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>De drug zelf<\/em>:\u00a0het soort drug, hoeveel je er van neemt, de manier van inname.<\/li>\n<li><em>De set<\/em>:\u00a0kenmerken van de gebruiker zelf, zoals hoe je je voelt (blij, gestrest, verdrietig), de gezondheid, verwachtingen, vermoeidheid, etc.<\/li>\n<li><em>De setting<\/em>:\u00a0kenmerken van de omgeving, zoals de temperatuur, vertrouwde of onveilige omgeving, druk of rustig, de mensen die aanwezig zijn, de muziek die opstaat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Drugs kunnen op verschillende manieren ingedeeld worden. De meest gebruikte indeling is de indeling naar de werking van de drugs op de hersenen. De effecten kunnen stimulerend zijn, verdovend of bewustzijn veranderend. Sommige middelen, zoals\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.drugsinfo.nl\/cannabis\/wat-je-moet-weten-over-cannabis\">hasj en wiet<\/a>, hebben meerdere effecten.
