Er is een verschil tussen hulpmiddelen voor anticonceptie en middelen voor anticonceptie die onder geneesmiddelen vallen. De geneesmiddelen bevatten hormonen, de hulpmiddelen niet.<br \/>\nIn sommige gevallen komen ook vrouwen ouder dan 21 jaar voor vergoeding in aanmerking.<\/p>\n<p>Anticonceptiemiddelen voor verzekerden tussen de 18 en 21 jaar vallen onder het\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zorginstituutnederland.nl\/Verzekerde+zorg\/eigen-risico-zvw\">eigen risico<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>De kosten voor anticonceptiemiddelen voor vrouwen van 21 jaar en ouder kunnen worden gedekt middels een aanvullende zorgverzekering.
