Het kan moeilijk zijn om nee te zeggen als je vrienden het gebruiken. Bedenk dat het helemaal ok\u00e9 is om te kiezen wat bij jou past.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tips:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wees eerlijk tegen je vrienden als je iets niet wilt proberen.<\/li>\n<li>Weet wat de gevolgen zijn van middelengebruik voor je gezondheid en schoolprestaties.<\/li>\n<li>Zoek hulp als je merkt dat je of een vriend(in) problemen krijgt met middelengebruik.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Wat je moet weten over middelengebruik<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Alcohol en Tabak<\/strong>: Roken is slecht voor de gezondheid. Dit geldt ook voor meeroken. Kinderen die meeroken lopen meer risico. Dit geldt voor alle kinderen: ongeboren, jong en ouder. Ze zullen sneller ziek worden en in enkele gevallen zelfs overlijden. Daarnaast geven ouders die roken een voorbeeld aan hun kind.<br \/>\nKinderen zijn erg gevoelig voor het fijne gevoel dat de stof nicotine uit tabaksrook veroorzaakt. Als kinderen een fijne eerste ervaring hebben met roken, dan is de kans groot dat ze dagelijks een sigaret gaan opsteken<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vapen<\/strong>: Een vape is een elektronische sigaret met een batterij, ook wel e-sigaret genoemd. De vape bevat geen tabak, maar wel een vloeistof welke vaak nicotine bevat. De vape verwarmd de vloeistof, waardoor de vloeistof verdampt. Het gebruik van de vape wordt vapen genoemd. Uit onderzoek blijkt dat vapen steeds onder de jeugd steeds vaker voorkomt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Softdrugs<\/strong>: Het gebruik van softdrugs zoals cannabis is in Nederland gedoogd, maar het blijft belangrijk om bewust te zijn van de risico&#8217;s. Overmatig gebruik kan je concentratie en motivatie be\u00efnvloeden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Party Drugs<\/strong>: Middelen zoals ecstasy en speed komen soms voor in het uitgaansleven. Deze middelen hebben serieuze gezondheidsrisico&#8217;s, vooral als ze zonder kennis of voorzorg worden gebruikt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hulp en Ondersteuning<\/strong>: Heb je vragen of maak je je zorgen over je eigen middelengebruik of dat van een ander?
